This policy explains how CreatiVortex Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the SA Business Toolkit website and products, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• When you buy the toolkit: your email address and payment reference, passed to us by our payment processor, Paystack. We do not see or store your card details — Paystack handles that directly.
• When you request the free Business Plan Canvas: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it, plus your consent to receive occasional emails.
• Basic technical data (like browser type and general location) that's automatically collected by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance.

How we use it

• To deliver the product you paid for or requested for free
• To send you download links and purchase confirmations
• To send occasional emails about SA business tips and toolkit updates, only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To keep basic records for tax and accounting purposes, as required by law

Who we share it with

• Paystack, to process payments securely
• Our hosting and database provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), which stores the data described above
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone

Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal obligations (for example, we may need to keep purchase records for tax purposes)
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time

Information Officer

CreatiVortex Studio has not appointed a separate Information Officer — for the purposes of POPIA, this role is held by the business owner. You can reach us at the contact email below for any privacy-related request.
