SA Small Business Digital Toolkit
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of the SA Business Toolkit website and your purchase of any products sold on it by CreatiVortex Studio. By buying a product or using this site, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
The SA Small Business Digital Toolkit is a digital product delivered as an instant download after payment is confirmed. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — we'll always be clear about any time-limited or early-bird pricing before you complete payment.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Your purchase is confirmed once Paystack verifies payment, at which point you'll receive access to download your files.
Delivery
After a successful payment, you'll be redirected to a download page where a secure link to your files is generated. This link expires after 48 hours as a security measure — if you lose access, contact us and we'll help you get your files again. Because delivery is instant and automatic, please make sure the email and details you provide at checkout are accurate.
Refunds
Because this is an instant-access digital product, we're generally unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, in line with standard practice for digital goods under South African consumer law. If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase — files that are missing, corrupted, or not as described — contact us and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
Free products
Free items (like the Business Plan Canvas) are provided as-is, with no purchase required, in exchange for your email address and consent to receive occasional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
How you may use what you buy
The toolkit and its contents are for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files or their content as your own product or template for others to buy.
Accuracy of content
The toolkit includes general business, marketing, and compliance information relevant to South African small businesses. It's provided for general guidance only and isn't a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Rates, thresholds, and regulations change — always confirm current figures with the relevant authority (SARS, CIPC, the Department of Employment and Labour, etc.) before relying on them for a decision.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
